目的调查家具销售场所室内空气污染现状,降低家具商场空气中有害物质的含量,保护从业人员身体健康。方法分别在夏冬季节对潍坊市8家坊子区家具城进行了现状调查,监测室内空气中的微小气候和CO、CO2、甲醛、苯、甲苯及二甲苯含量。并通过问卷调查方式了解由于室内空气污染而引发的主观感觉和呼吸道症状。结果采暖期和非采暖期的甲醛监测结果平均值分别高于公共场所卫生标准0.33和3.42倍,超标率分别为60.29%和92.74%。板材的卫生质量及生产后的放置时间、板材密度、室内温度、湿度及通风换气能力是影响家具城室内空气质量的重要因素。结论家具城室内空气中的主要污染物为甲醛。建议家具城配备有效的通风设施加强通风,对家具城的从业人员定期进行健康体检。
Objective To investigate the status quo of indoor air pollution in furniture sales outlets, reduce the content of harmful substances in the air of furniture stores and protect the health of employees. Methods In the summer and winter seasons, the status quo of 8 furniture shops in Fangfang District of Weifang City was surveyed to monitor the micro-climate and the contents of CO, CO2, formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and xylene in indoor air. And through questionnaires to understand subjective feelings and respiratory symptoms caused by indoor air pollution. Results The average value of formaldehyde monitoring results in heating period and non-heating period were 0.33 and 3.42 times higher than those in public places respectively, and the exceeding standard rates were 60.29% and 92.74% respectively. The sanitary quality of the board, the placement time after production, the density of the board, the indoor temperature, the humidity and the ventilation capacity are the important factors that affect the indoor air quality in the furniture city. Conclusion The main pollutant in the indoor air of furniture city is formaldehyde. It is recommended that the furniture city be equipped with effective ventilation facilities to enhance ventilation and conduct regular physical examination of employees in the furniture city.
