近年来,随着社会主义改革开放的深入发展,对信息情报资料需求很多很高。在我们高校图书馆,过去一贯是为教学和科研服务的。但面对这个社会改革的浪潮,我们不能袖手旁观,只有努力为社会上所提出的一个个问题进行服务,才能使我们在这个社会实践的浪潮中得到提高和锻炼。我们情报中心成立以来的一年多时间里,共完成了11个较大的课题。这些课题要求急、要求高,而牵涉面广,问题复杂,资料分散,时间跨度大。查找困难。其中大部分属于社会科学方面的问题,包括经济、法制、史料、文艺、金融等问题。按照一般的方法来查找,是完成不了任务的。必须对每个问题进行分析,然后针对每个问题的特点确定方法,才能很好地获得资料、满足要求。下面例举某些课题谈谈我们的做法。例一:课题名“在美华人所开的高科技公司
