Preterm infants with feeding difficulties with low doses of erythromycin intervention to observe its impact on feeding tolerance in preterm children. Twenty-five preterm infants with difficulty in feeding and excluding surgical conditions were enrolled in the neonatal ward of our hospital. Ten patients in the treatment group were given intravenous drip of erythromycin 3 to 5 mg / (kg · d) and 15 in the control group No intervention, the results of the treatment group with erythromycin intervention 7.90 ± 1.2
