江苏省广电干线网采用双点过环,两环相交的拓扑结构。由于作为业务汇聚点的省中心节点站并不是过环节点,苏北环网的所有双向业务,在汇集至省中心节点站时,重复占用了其所在的苏南环网相应的通道资源,降低了省干线网的资源利用率。为此,我们对调整省广电干线网过环节点位置的方案进行设计、论证并组织实施。
