日前下发的《国家中长期人才规划纲要(2010-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》),首次提出了“人才优先”的人才发展指导方针。就此,本刊邀请各方面人士从不同的角度进行了诠释与讨论。
Recently, the “National Medium and Long-Term Talents Plan (2010-2020)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) issued for the first time put forward the “talent priority” guidelines for the development of talents. In this connection, the magazine invited people from all walks of life from different angles for interpretation and discussion.
