1.不宜用饮料代替白开水。汽水、果汁、可乐等饮料中,含有较多的糖精及添加剂,这些物质会对胃产生不良刺激,影响消化和食欲。如大量饮用,还会增加肾脏过滤负担,影响肾功能。夏季止渴最好还是喝白开水。 2.不宜戴过深过浅的太阳镜。镜片颜色过深,会因视物不清而影响视力;反之镜片颜色过浅,紫外线仍可透过镜片损害眼睛。夏季选择太阳镜应为允许15%至30%之间的可见光线穿过镜片。
