为解决现有倾斜板设备沉降分级效率低的问题,在分析研究倾斜板沉降分级理论的基础上,自行设计研制了倾斜板模型机,建立了煤泥水沉降分级试验系统,研究了入料粒度组成、入料浓度和入料流量对分级效果的影响,优化了倾斜板的板长、板宽和板间距等结构参数.结果表明:倾斜板的最佳结构参数为:板长为899.20 mm,板宽为319.56 mm,板间距为40.77 mm;入料中粗颗粒增多会提高分级效率,入料的临界浓度为103.33 g/L,入料流量应控制在57.34 L/min左右为宜.
In order to solve the problem of low slope classification efficiency of existing inclined plate equipment, a slant plate model machine was designed and developed based on the analysis of the classification theory of inclined plate settlement. A classification system of the slurry sedimentation was established, , Feed concentration and feed flow rate on the grading effect, the structural parameters such as plate length, width and spacing were optimized.The results show that the optimum structural parameters of the inclined plate are as follows: the plate length is 899.20 mm, Width of 319.56 mm, and plate spacing of 40.77 mm. The increase of coarse particles in the feed will increase the classification efficiency. The critical feed concentration is 103.33 g / L, and the feed flow rate should be controlled at about 57.34 L / min.
