对“5.12”汶川地震发生后重庆市云阳县教育系统建筑进行震害调查,以确认房屋危险性。所调查建筑以砌体结构为主,采用现场检测的方式,根据房屋主要受力构件如承重墙和梁所出现严重的结构缺陷,判别其危险性等级。文中对调查工作所搜集到的损害情况进行汇总分析,指出地震中有超过30%的建筑受到了中等破坏或更严重的破坏,继而分析了砌体结构的震害特点和震害原因,并对受损建筑提出修复和加固意见。
After the “5.12” Wenchuan earthquake occurred in Yunyang County, Chongqing Education System Building earthquake damage investigation to confirm the housing danger. The surveyed buildings are mainly masonry structures and adopt on-site inspection methods to determine the level of danger according to the serious structural defects of the main force components of the houses, such as load-bearing walls and beams. The paper collects and analyzes the damage collected by the survey, pointing out that more than 30% of the earthquakes have been damaged by the medium or even more serious damage, and then analyzed the characteristics of the damage and the causes of the damage to the masonry structure. Damaged buildings suggest restoration and reinforcement.
