本文研究了枯草芽孢杆菌B_3菌株经种子处理后在小麦根系及茎基部的定殖能力和影响其定殖的可能因子。结果表明,B_3在田间自然土壤中定殖小麦根系及茎基部的时间分别为60天和42天以上。培养不同时间的B_3菌悬液处理种子表明,播后22天内,培养24小时的菌在小麦上的定殖量高于培养48和72小时。用NB培养的B_3菌悬液经离心弃上清,并用新鲜NB液悬浮菌体后处理种子,在播后19天,B_3定殖量比不处理菌悬液的定殖量增加。B_3与化学杀菌剂混合处理种子,以及土壤经灭菌处理均可增加B_3在小麦上的定殖量。
In this paper, the ability of Bacillus subtilis B_3 to colonize the root and the base of wheat after seed treatment and the possible factors that influence its colonization were studied. The results showed that B_3 colonized wheat root and stem base in natural soil for 60 days and 42 days respectively. Bacterial culture of B_3 suspension at different times showed that colonization of wheat on 24 hours after inoculation was higher than that of 48 and 72 hours after 22 days after sowing. B_3 suspension cultured in NB was centrifuged to discard the supernatant, and fresh NB solution was used to suspend the cells. After 19 days, the colonization rate of B_3 increased more than that of untreated bacteria. B_3 mixed with chemical fungicides seed treatment, and soil sterilization can increase B_3 in the colonization of wheat.
