我所在党的領导下,在1957午开展巡廻抽驗工作的基础上,于58年內继续开展这一工作,遵循着药检工作面向工农兵,为羣众服务、为生产服务、提高药品貿量、保障人民用药安全有效的方針,通过整风、双(?)、大跃进,进一步解放思想、發掘窍門,采取了多批分路同时下乡抽驗的办法。一年来除山东东部地区划归青岛所抽验以外,我所抽验了山东西部、南部、北部的聊城,惠民、泰安、荷澤、临沂、济宁六个专区的51个县和6个省轄市共272处医疗單位,69个商業單位,7个药厂共348个单位,抽验單位总数为57年的621%。檢驗品3,108件,为57年的779%。从檢驗結果来看,以生产部門的药品的質量較好。經过商业部門的貯藏、分裝,不合格率即有所增高,再
Under the leadership of my party, on the basis of the patrol inspection conducted in 1957, we continued to carry out this work within 58 years. We followed the drug inspection work for the workers, peasants and soldiers, serving the people, providing services for production, and improving the pharmaceutical trade. To ensure the safe and effective use of drugs by the people, through the rectification of winds, doubles, and great leap forwards, we have further emancipated our minds and explored tips, and we have adopted multiple batches of ways to conduct random inspections at the same time. In the past year, in addition to the samples collected in Qingdao in the eastern part of Shandong Province, we have tested a total of 51 counties and 6 provincial cities in the six western regions of Liaocheng, Huimin, Tai’an, Heze, Linyi, and Jining in the west, south, and north of Shandong. There are 272 medical units, 69 commercial units, and 7 pharmaceutical plants with a total of 348 units. The total number of random inspection units is 621% of 57 years. There were 3,108 test items, 77% of 57 years. From the inspection results, the quality of medicines in the production sector is better. After the storage and sub-assembly of the commercial sector, the rate of non-conformity increases.
