内蒙古煤炭工业要为建成新型国家战略能源基地服务,要持续稳定的发展,就需要实施以生态环境容量为标准,控制煤炭产量及项目建设。同时,煤炭企业要以循环经济的理念指导煤炭产业链的延伸,向能源集团方向发展,建设以洁净煤技术和可再生能源技术为主体的研发基地和走出去的战略措施。
Inner Mongolia coal industry to build a new type of national strategic energy base services, to continue the steady development, we need to implement the capacity of the ecological environment as the standard, control of coal production and project construction. At the same time, coal enterprises should guide the extension of coal industrial chain with the concept of circular economy, develop toward energy groups, build a research and development base with clean coal technologies and renewable energy technologies as their mainstay, and go global strategic measures.
