目的建立消除血吸虫病的关键因素指标体系,为制定监测和控制方案、最终在山区阻断血吸虫病传播提供可靠依据。方法采用文献查阅法设计调查问卷,选择24位从事血吸虫病防治、科研和管理的专家进行德尔菲法调查,对消除血吸虫病相关因素的重要性进行评分,建立消除血吸虫病关键因素指标体系并计算体系中各指标的归一化权重和组合权重。结果经过2轮调查,确立了包括3个一级指标、7个二级指标和13个三级指标的消除血吸虫病关键指标体系。疫情、自然环境和社会环境等3个一级指标的归一化权重分别为0.371 1、0.339 5、0.289 4。二级指标中,经济的组合权重最高,为0.289 4;农业生产和卫生设施组合权重最低,均为0.112 7。三级指标中,家畜感染率组合权重最高,为0.124 6,种植结构组合权重最低,为0.053 0。结论消除血吸虫病关键因素指标体系的建立对明确消除血吸虫病阶段监测工作的方向和重点具有指导意义。
Objective To establish a key factor index system for eliminating schistosomiasis and provide a reliable basis for the development of monitoring and control programs and finally blocking the spread of schistosomiasis in the mountainous areas. Methods A questionnaire was designed based on the literature review method. Twenty-four experts on schistosomiasis control, research and management were selected to carry out the Delphi method. The score of the importance of schistosomiasis elimination was scored and the index system of key factors to eliminate schistosomiasis was established. The normalization weight and combination weight of each index in the system. Results After 2 rounds of investigation, the key index system for eliminating schistosomiasis including 3 first-level indicators, 7 second-level indicators and 13 third-level indicators was established. The normalized weights of the three first-level indicators of the outbreak, the natural environment and the social environment were 0.371, 1,0.339 and 0.289 respectively. Among the second-level indicators, the economic combination has the highest weight of 0.289 4; the lowest is the combination of agricultural production and health facilities, both of which are 0.112 7. Among the three indicators, the highest weight of livestock infection combination was 0.124 6, and the lowest weight of planting structure combination was 0.053 0. Conclusion The establishment of the index system of key factors for eliminating schistosomiasis is instructive in clearly identifying the direction and key points for monitoring schistosomiasis stage.
