涎液减少是人类口腔念珠菌病较常见的病因之一。作者将20只170~200g口腔内不存在白色念珠菌的Wistar大鼠平均分为两组,一组手术切除大涎腺(腮腺,颌下腺和舌下腺),另一组为对照。把从慢性口腔念珠菌病患者口腔中分离得到的白色念珠菌制成悬液,每周3次接种于所有大鼠口腔内,共32周,最后一次接种后24 h处死动物,切取舌标本进行组织学检查。
Reduction of salivary fluid is one of the more common causes of oral candidiasis in humans. In the present study, 20 Wistar rats without oral Candida albicans from 170 to 200 g oral cavity were divided into two groups. One group was surgically removed the large salivary glands (parotid gland, submandibular gland and sublingual gland), and the other group as control. Candida albicans isolated from the oral cavity of patients with chronic oral candidiasis was made into a suspension and inoculated into the oral cavity of all rats three times a week for a total of 32 weeks. Animals were killed 24 hours after the last vaccination and the tongue specimens were cut Histological examination.
