目前评价红细胞免疫功能常用指标是红细胞膜上 C3 b受体 (RBC- C3 b R)活性、红细胞免疫复合物 (RBC- IC)及肿瘤红细胞免疫功能的变化。我们测定了恶性血液病患者治疗前后的 RBC- C3 b R、IC及肿瘤红细胞花环率 ,以了解该疾病中红细胞免疫功能的动态变化与疾病的预后关系。1
At present, the commonly used indexes for evaluating red blood cell immune function are the changes of C3b receptor (RBC-C3bR) activity, red blood cell immune complex (RBC-IC) and tumor red blood cell immune function on the erythrocyte membrane. We measured the rate of RBC-C3bR, IC, and red blood cell rosette before and after treatment in patients with hematologic malignancies to understand the relationship between the dynamic changes of red blood cell immune function and the prognosis of the disease. 1
