眼部带状疱疹的眼并发症国内已有报道,但使眼受到严重损害者尚属少见,近年来遇到2例,报道如下: 1 病例报告 例1,女,53岁,农民。主因右侧头面部肿痛,起水泡3天于1993年5月19日就诊眼科。检查视力:右眼1.0,左眼1.2。右侧头面部肿胀,右额,颞、眼险、鼻翼及鼻尖可见大小不等成簇或散在水疱。经皮肤科检查以带状疱疹收住院。治疗5天疼痛减轻。发现右眼视物不见。检查:视力右眼无光感,左眼1.2。右眼上睑下垂。结膜混合性充血(++);角膜荧光素钠染色密集细小着色,知觉迟纯,Kp(+),前房中等量
