老人病毒性肝炎(老人肝炎)在我国是常见病之一,已为人们重视,有其独特临缶床特征。1975～1985年我科共收治22例。诊断参照1983年11月郑州会议制定的病毒性肝炎防治方案标准。并随机抽样25例青中年急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎作对照。临床分析如下:
