常州电机电器总厂所属电子装配厂推出TXBYG51型机床微机数控系统。该系统是在WBQ型、BSX型产品的基础上作了进一步的改进,使得功能完善,体积减小。1987年9月被国家经委选作全国第三次微电子技术改造机械设备会议送展的新产品该系统采用单片机控制步进电机驱动电源,可与C6132、C6136、C6140等机床或负载与此相仿的二坐标联动装置相配,组成完整的数控装备。其主要功能和特点是: 1.采用本厂生产的新型110BYG感应子永磁式步进电机2台,作为X方向和Z方向的控制元件。该电机与原反应式步进电机比较,具有工作区平稳、响应频率高、功耗低、噪声小、体积小等优点,而且在不通电时还有定位力矩。
