目的观察低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗临床疗效。方法将80例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,两组患者给予基础治疗:硝酸酯类药物和(或)β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、辛伐他汀等同时,观察组给予低分子肝素皮下注射联合丹红注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察并比较两组患者用药后的临床疗效、心电图改善情况及心肌梗死发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率及治疗后心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、发作间隔时间、Holter24 h缺血总时间等改善方面均优于对照组。低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗组有效率95%,对照组80%;低分子肝素联合丹红注射液观察组急性心肌梗死发生率为15%,对照组为40%,有效率及心肌梗死发生率两组比较均具有具显著性差异(P<0.05)。检测肝肾功及血常规未见明显不良反应发生。结论低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效显著,能有效增加心肌血流、改善缺血,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has significant curative effect, which can effectively increase myocardial blood flow, improve ischemia and is safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical application.
