目的建立高效液相色谱法测定不同产地枫树叶中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Alltima C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(4∶96);流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为270 nm;柱温为30℃。结果没食子酸进样浓度在0.019 08~0.229 0 mg.mL-1(r=0.999 6)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.52%,RSD为1.40%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于枫树叶的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in maple leaves from different areas by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Alltima C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (4:96), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, the detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The concentration of gallic acid was linear with the peak area in 0.019 08 ~ 0.229 0 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.999 6) with the average recovery of 101.52% and RSD 1.40% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of maple leaves.
