目的观察FHIT、Survivin在胆囊癌中的表达,探讨FHIT和Survivin与胆囊癌的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测48例胆囊癌组织、20例癌旁正常胆囊黏膜组织FHIT和Survivin的表达。结果胆囊癌组织中FHIT的阳性表达率显著低于正常胆囊黏膜组织(P<0.01),胆囊癌组织中Survivin的阳性表达率显著高于正常胆囊黏膜组织(P<0.01),胆囊癌中FHIT和Survivin阳性表达率与病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移情况相关(P<0.05),FHIT和Survivin在胆囊癌组织中的表达明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论 FHIT和Survivin蛋白异常表达在胆囊癌发生过程中具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the expression of FHIT and Survivin in gallbladder carcinoma and to explore the correlation between FHIT, Survivin and gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of FHIT and Survivin in 48 cases of gallbladder carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of adjacent normal gallbladder mucosa tissues. Results The positive rate of FHIT in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal gallbladder mucosa (P <0.01). The positive rate of Survivin in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal gallbladder mucosa (P <0.01) The positive expression rate of Survivin was correlated with the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), and the expression of Survivin was negatively correlated with the expression of Survivin in gallbladder carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of FHIT and Survivin proteins is of great significance in the carcinogenesis of gallbladder carcinomas.
