并购已经成为现代企业发展的重要途径,针对并购项目的后评价能够达到总结经验教训的作用,本文确定了并购项目后评价的原则和方法,并构建并购项目后评价体系框架,期望本文的研究有助于学者进一步研究项目后评价,指导相关工作者的实践。
Mergers and acquisitions (M & A) have become an important way for the development of modern enterprises. Post-evaluation of M & A projects can help to sum up experiences and lessons. This paper identifies the principles and methods of M & A post-evaluation and builds a post-M & Assist scholars to further study the post-project evaluation and guide the practice of related workers.
