为研究水下拖曳系统中导流缆侧漂机理,基于CFD方法,对导流缆进行仿真计算.对导流套进行受力分析,求解在重浮力力矩、流体动力矩和摩擦力力矩作用下,导流套的侧向力以及导流套不对称绕流所产生的侧向力.结合水槽试验,分析试验结果与仿真结果,确定三种力矩作用下引起的侧向力是导流缆侧漂的主要原因.此外,导流套不对称也是导流缆侧漂的重要原因.最后,给出减小导流缆侧漂的改进措施.
In order to study the side-drift mechanism of the diversion cable in the underwater towing system, the CFD method is used to simulate the flow diversion cable.The stress analysis of the flow guide sleeve is carried out to solve the problem that under the influence of heavy overturning moment, hydrodynamic moment and friction moment , The lateral force of the guide sleeve and the lateral force generated by asymmetric flow around the guide sleeve.According to the test of the water tank and the analysis of the test results and the simulation results, it is determined that the lateral force caused by the three kinds of moment acts as the side of the guide cable The main reason for drift.In addition, the diversion sleeve asymmetry is also an important reason for the drift of the guide cable.Finally, some improvements to reduce the drift of the guide cable are given.
