目的比较分析IL-10基因启动子区域SNP等位基因和基因型在不同地区、种族之间的分布。方法使用PCR和DNA测序方法,检测广西地区人群IL-10基因启动子区域rs1800871G/A、rs1800872G/T多态性,并与人类基因组计划研究的4个人群(欧洲、中国北京、日本及非洲)以及新西兰、丹麦及墨西哥等地区人群SNP分型数据相比较。结果 rs1800871G/A、rs1800872G/T SNP的分型数据,在男性、女性组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其SNP分型数据与中国北京地区、日本人群相比较,分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而与非洲、欧洲、墨西哥、丹麦及新西兰地区人群比较,分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-10基因启动子区域rs1800871G/A、rs1800872G/T多态性在不同地区、种族人群之间的分布有差异。
Objective To compare and analyze the distribution of SNP alleles and genotypes in IL-10 gene promoter region between different regions and ethnic groups. Methods The polymorphisms of rs1800871G / A and rs1800872G / T in IL-10 promoter region of Guangxi were detected by PCR and DNA sequencing. Four human populations (Europe, China, Beijing, Japan and Africa) As well as SNP typing data in New Zealand, Denmark and Mexico. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of rs1800871G / A and rs1800872G / T SNP between male and female groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of SNP genotypes between Beijing and Japan (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between the SNP genotyping data and the population of Africa, Europe, Mexico, Denmark and New Zealand (P <0.01). Conclusion The polymorphisms of rs1800871G / A and rs1800872G / T in IL-10 gene promoter region are different in different regions and ethnic groups.
