十年前,党的十六届六中全会首次做出建设宏大社会工作人才队伍的决策部署。2006到2016,是广东社会工作主动创新、大胆实践的十年。围绕社会工作的专业化、职业化、本土化发展,稳步推进社会工作专业人才队伍建设,逐步走出一条符合经济社会发展需要、满足群众服务需求、具有广东特色的社会工作发展路子。经过十年的探索和努力,我省社会工作人才队伍量质齐升,服务平台不断拓展,专业服务渐入佳境。社会工作成为民政工作精细化管理、科学化发展的重要专业支撑,社会工作跨部门推进破浪扬帆。
Ten years ago, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee made its first decision on the deployment of a large contingent of social workers. From 2006 to 2016, it was a ten-year period for Guangdong’s social work to take the initiative to innovate and boldly practice. Focusing on the specialization, professionalization and localization of social work, we will steadily push forward the building of a contingent of professionals in social work and gradually move out of a social work development path that meets the needs of economic and social development and meets the needs of the masses and has the characteristics of Guangdong. After ten years of exploration and hard work, the quality of social work personnel in our province has gone up, the service platform has been continuously expanded, and professional services have been getting better. Social work has become an important professional support for the fine management and scientific development of civil affairs work, and the social work has been promoted across the board and across the board.
