Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture is stepping up efforts to formulate a pesticide residue monitoring system plan that is adapted to the strategic structure of agriculture in our country. It is estimated that the pesticide residue standards and testing system for agricultural products in China will be basically completed during 2000-2005. Perfecting the pesticide residue monitoring system is an important guarantee for pesticide residue monitoring. In some parts of our country, the pesticide residue monitoring system is not perfect and the level of residual detection needs to be improved
