目的分析磁共振短反转时间的反转恢复技术的临床应用价值遥。方法从我院资料库中抽取行磁共振成像的患者80例袁将全部患者随机分为正常组和病例组袁两组分别为40例袁与频率选择饱和法的临床特点进行比较遥。结果与频率选择饱和法相比袁短反转时间的反转恢复技术可以获得较好的脂肪抑制效果遥。结论在磁共振脂肪抑制成像的临床应用中袁要适当选择短反转时间的反转恢复技术袁方可得出最准确的脂肪抑制图像质量,对疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断提供有效依据遥
Objective To analyze the value of clinical application of reversal recovery technique for magnetic resonance short inversion time. Methods Totally 80 cases of patients who underwent magnetic resonance imaging from our hospital database were randomly divided into normal group and case group. The clinical characteristics of 40 cases of Yuan and frequency selective saturation method were compared. The results show that compared with the frequency selective saturation method, the reversal recovery technique of short inversion time can get a better fat suppression effect. Conclusion In the clinical application of magnetic resonance fat suppression imaging, it is necessary to choose the reverse recovery technique of short inversion time properly. Yuan Fang can get the most accurate fat suppression image quality and provide an effective basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease
