常常有人问我,如何才能在职场中取得成功,甚至青春常驻,永不言败。对此,我只是笑笑,没有正面回答问题。不是谦虚,也不是卖关子,实因问题太大,没来得及认真思考。但要感谢那些提问的朋友,促使我认真地思考问题。回顾几十年的经历,我以为,学习和创新应该是立足职场的不竭源泉。学习的重要性尽人皆知,不再赘言。这里,就学习的内容和方法与大家作以探讨。有两个要好的朋友,同在一个大学的一个专业学习,毕业后各自选择了不同的职业,十年后一个春风拂面,取得了骄人的成绩,另一个则默默无闻无所建树。究其原因,除了境遇的不同外,前者更注重虚心
