小平同志有一句高瞻远瞩的话:“发展才是硬道理。”的确,中国经济可持续的发展,才是提高综合国力的固本之法,而身为中国经济细胞的中国企业又该当如何呢?具体地说,什么是确保中国企业可持续发展的金钥匙呢?近日,记者走访了北京光起管理模式设计中心的首席设计师刘光起先生,在他看来,提高企业实力,确保企业可持续发展的最有效的方法之一是加强企业自己的内部管理,而恰恰在这一点上,中国企业多年来缺乏符合自身特点的一整套的、科学的管理模式。本期编发一篇由《中华工商时报》记者傅强采写的文章,来进一步阐明管理模式这个问题。
