本文就近年来广泛应用于测量雷达波吸收材料复介电系数和复磁导率的传输—反射组合法,从计算公式的分析、误差分析的数字计算和实验三方面着手,研究了样品电长度和S参数测量误差对所获结果的影响,得出能获得材料可靠基本电磁参数的样品电长度范围及各材料特征参数的最大测量误差。
This article has been widely used in recent years to measure the transmission of complex materials and complex permeability of radar wave absorbing materials - reflection combination method, from the calculation formula, the error analysis of numerical calculations and experiments three aspects, the sample length and S parameter measurement error on the results obtained, get the material reliable basic electromagnetic parameters of the sample electrical length range and the maximum measurement error of each material characteristic parameters.
