该项目位于内蒙古自治乌海市经济开发区乌达工业园内,由乌海市海欣环保材料科技有限公司投资建设,拟建设年产22万吨聚乙烯醇、年产8万吨三氯乙烯、年产6万吨特种纤维、年产4万吨乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE干粉胶)装置。动力车间按照以热定电原则,配套建设4×50MW余热余压综合利用发电机组。项目占地面积733.13亩。乌达工业园
