破与立的关系,是社会主义精神文明建设中的一个重大关系。在说明和处理这一关系时,毛泽东侧重于破,逐步形成“破字当头”的方针。邓小平侧重于立,提出了“重在建设”的方针。从“破字当头”到“重在建设”的转换,也是邓小平对社会主义精神文明建设发展所作的一个突出贡献。
The relationship between breaking and establishing is a major relationship in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. In explaining and handling this relationship, Mao Zedong focused on breaking down and gradually formed the principle of “breaking the word in the palm”. Deng Xiaoping focused on establishing the principle of “focusing on construction”. The transformation from “breaking the word” to “focusing on construction” is also a prominent contribution made by Deng Xiaoping to the construction and development of socialist spiritual civilization.
