大型高速旋转机械是工业企业中的关键设备,跟踪监视这类设备的运行状态并及时有效地处理转子故障,具有重要的经济价值。本文针对故障诊断领域的特点研究建立了一个用于汽轮发电机组状态跟踪及故障诊断的专家系统。该系统能够时常见的转子故障提供状态跟踪分析及故障诊断功能。对复杂疑难的转子故障,则以其完备、灵活的数据管理功能,辅助人类专家的诊断工作。该系统采用C语言建立数据库,知识库及推理机,纪录并管理反映机组状态的各类参数及其历史趋势数据,采用模糊逻辑和证据理论方法,依据层次诊断模型,对机组故障征兆进行推理,并对结论作出详细解释。
Large-scale high-speed rotating machinery is the key equipment in industrial enterprises. It has important economic value to track and monitor the running status of such equipment and handle the rotor failure timely and effectively. In this paper, an expert system for the state tracking and fault diagnosis of turbogenerator units is established according to the characteristics of the fault diagnosis field. The system provides state tracking analysis and fault diagnosis capabilities for common rotor faults. For complicated and difficult rotor faults, the diagnostic work of human experts is assisted by its complete and flexible data management functions. The system uses C language to set up database, knowledge base and reasoning machine to record and manage all kinds of parameters and their historical trend data which reflect the status of generating units. The system uses fuzzy logic and evidence theory method to reason the fault symptom of units according to the hierarchical diagnosis model, And give a detailed explanation of the conclusion.
