对 NUMISHEET99圆柱杯深拉延——反向深拉延标准考题 ( Benchmark- C) ,进行了有限元数值仿真 ,将计算结果与 Kim Hyung jong的实验结果做了比较。在此基础上 ,分析了第一次拉延过程的工艺参数——压边间隙对后续工序成形质量的影响 ,指出第一次成形的压边间隙在 1.6~1.8mm之间时 ,第二次成形的变形余裕度最大 ,即成形质量最好。研究说明 ,开展多工序成形过程的数值仿真有着重要的意义
The NUMISHEET99 cylindrical cup deep draw-reverse deep drawing standard test (Benchmark-C), the finite element numerical simulation, the calculation results and Kim Hyung jong experimental results were compared. On this basis, the influence of the process parameters of the first drawing process, the blank holder clearance on the forming quality of the subsequent process, is analyzed. It is pointed out that when the first blank holder clearance is between 1.6 mm and 1.8 mm, Forming the largest margin of deformation, forming the best quality. The research shows that it is of great significance to carry out numerical simulation of multi-process forming process
