东部地区主要经济指标增速均低于其他三大区域,体现东部地区结构调整和转型发展加快的特征。同时,区域发展规划和政策实施中存在政策配套完善不够、新区建设盲目攀比、农民工市民化进展缓慢等突出问题。2012年上半年地区经济发展的基本情况西部地区工业总产值增速最高,东部地区增速最低。2012年1-5月,西部地区工业总产值增速最高,东部地区工业总产值增速最低,西部、中部和东北地区增速分别高于东部地区8.59、7.98和6.27个百分点。
The growth rate of the major economic indicators in the eastern region is lower than that of the other three major regions, reflecting the feature of structural adjustment and accelerated transformation and development in the eastern region. At the same time, prominent problems such as insufficient policy support in the regional development planning and policy implementation, blind comparisons in the construction of new districts and slow progress of urbanization of migrant workers have also emerged. Basic Conditions of Regional Economic Development in the First Half of 2012 The gross value of industrial output in the western region recorded the highest growth rate and the lowest growth rate in the eastern region. From January to May 2012, the gross output value of industrial output in the western region recorded the highest growth rate while the growth rate of total industrial output value in the eastern region was the lowest. The growth rates in the western, central and northeastern regions were 8.59, 7.98 and 6.27% higher than those in the eastern region respectively.
