随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,我国社会救助制度的改革势在必行。社会救助关系着民生,社会稳定和社会和谐,在现代社会保障体系中的地位越来越高。在中国社会的不断发展中,我国的社会救助制度取得了重大进展,基本实现了覆盖城乡的目标,但是在实践过程中仍然存在着许多问题。本文就我国社会救助制度改革存在的问题和解决方法进行讨论,主要从我国社会救助制度改革的问题和解决方法两方面入手。
With the continuous improvement of our socialist market economy, the reform of our social assistance system is imperative. Social assistance is related to people’s livelihood, social stability and social harmony, and its status in the modern social security system is getting higher and higher. In the continuous development of Chinese society, great progress has been made in China’s social assistance system and the goal of covering urban and rural areas has basically been achieved. However, there are still many problems in practice. This article discusses the existing problems and solutions in the reform of social assistance system in our country, mainly from two aspects of the reform of social assistance system in our country.
