产业经济升级版包括转型和升级两个方面,其培育过程是产业构成要素持续扩散与整合的动态过程,其中技术融合、系统开放、模块化分工起着关键作用。要打造产业经济升级版,应围绕规划找引导力、围绕“群群互动”找合力、围绕融合找推力、围绕创新找原动力,路径存在于高新技术的渗透、产业间的延伸融合及其内部的重组创新。当前,包括湖北省在内的中部地区产业经济整体上呈现出了“稳中有进”的良好局面,但仍处于较低层次的“原生”状态。湖北省要加快打造产业经济升级版,出路在于激活“引擎”合力驱动,走全面转型发展之路。
The upgrading of industrial economy includes two aspects: transformation and upgrading. The cultivation process is a dynamic process of continuous diffusion and integration of industrial components. Technology integration, system opening up and modular division of labor play a key role. In order to build an upgraded version of the industrial economy, we should find guidance around the plan, find synergies around the “group interaction”, look for synergies around convergence, find motivation around innovation, and the path exists in the infiltration of high-tech and the extension and integration of industries Internal restructuring and innovation. At present, the industrial economy in the central region including Hubei Province as a whole has shown a good situation of “steady progress,” but it is still at a relatively low level “original” status.
