由吉林市档案馆主编,中国社会科学出版社出版的《吉林乌拉档案史料丛编》首发仪式,于1989年10月21日在民革北京市委员会会议室隆重举行。国家档案局局长冯子直、副局长李凤楼、全国人大常委溥杰先生、原国家民委副主任黄光学先生、人大常委关山复先生、著名清史、满族史学者王宗翰先生、爱新觉罗·启孮先生、北京满文书院院长金宝森先生、满族文学馆馆长舒乙先生、民族学院教授赵展等40多名专家、学者应邀出席了首发仪式。
The first ceremony of “Jilin Wula Archives Historical Materials Series”, edited by Jilin City Archives and published by China Social Sciences Publishing House, was held ceremoniously on October 21, 1989 in the conference room of Beijing Municipal Committee of China Democratic Revolutionary Committee. Feng Fazheng, director of the State Archives Bureau, Li Fenglou, deputy director of the NPC Standing Committee, Mr. Pu Jie, member of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Mr. Huang Guangxue, former deputy director of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, Mr. Guanshanfu, member of the NPC Standing Committee, Mr. Wang Zonghan, Mr. Jin Baisen, dean of Beijing Manchu Academy, Mr. Shu Yi, curator of Manchu Literature Center, and Zhao Zhan, professor of Nationalities College, more than 40 experts and scholars were invited to attend the first ceremony.
