浅谈如何在小学体育中根据学生特点进行教学

学生的学习成绩成为入学、升学的门槛,学生间的激烈竞争,无形之中给学生增加了很多的压力。同时,升学考试并不以体育为重的现状,也使体育锻炼渐渐淡出家长的视野。为了让学生健康成长,体育锻炼还是非常重要的一环。青少年的体育锻炼对身体、心理健康有诸多益处。一方面,不外乎强身健体,丰富生活色彩;另一方面,放松学生的心情,缓解学习压力,在长期的锻炼中形成德育兼修的品质。那么在小学的体育课程上,如何因材施教是应该探讨的话题。

At the same time, entrance exams do not focus on the status quo of physical education, but also make physical exercise gradually fade out the parents’ vision. In order to make students grow healthily, physical exercise is still a very important part. Adolescent physical exercise on the body, mental health has many benefits. On the one hand, nothing more than physical fitness, rich life color; the other hand, to relax the mood of students to ease the pressure of learning in the long-term exercise to form a moral education and repair of the quality. So in primary school physical education curriculum, how to teach according to aptitude is a topic that should be discussed.
