科技创新是产业转型发展的持续动力,它以自主研发为导向,以提升产业贡献率为核心,不仅能克服产业发展瓶颈问题,还能释放环境、资源限制压力,从而带动产业向“高、精、尖”迈进,形成产业先发优势。立足于京津冀,基于对该地区产业发展现状以及科技创新与产业转型升级的契合关系分析,提出了京津冀实现产业转型发展的路径。
Scientific and technological innovation is the continuous driving force of industrial transformation and development.
