现阶段,互联网已经成为思想文化信息的集散地和社会舆论的放大器,网络民意也越来越成为一股不容忽视的公共舆论力量。尊重网络民意有利于提高政府执政水平,弥补传统反腐的缺陷,震慑问题官员以及调动民众参与政治;同时网络反腐也存在着一些问题,如其本身的缺陷,网民的安全忧虑及相关法律法规的不健全。因此,重视尊重网络民意、积极引导网络民意使之发挥良性作用是很有必要。
At this stage, the Internet has become a hub of ideological and cultural information and an amplifier of public opinion. Internet public opinion has increasingly become a public opinion force that can not be ignored. Respecting Internet public opinion is conducive to improving government governance level, making up for the shortcomings of traditional anti-corruption, deterring officials and mobilizing public participation in politics. At the same time, network anti-corruption also has some problems, such as its own shortcomings, Internet users’ safety concerns and the imperfect laws and regulations . Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to respecting the public opinion on the Internet and actively guiding public opinion on the Internet to play a positive role.
