免疫学研究的重要意义之一在于指导临床医学实践。根据ＭＰＣＩ类分子特异的多肽结合关键序列（ＭＮＣｂｉｎｄｉｎｇｍｏｔｉｆ），来合成病原或肿瘤或自身抗原的多肽，研究体内或作外诱导抗原特异性细胞毒Ｔ淋巴细胞（ＣＴＬ）的可能性，寻找最佳的处理方案；这一工作具有重要的理论价值和实际意义，为免疫治疗和免疫预防开辟了一个崭新的领域。
