本文主要讨论的是苏20、苏25、苏76三个区块水平井钻井提速工艺技术的研究与实践,以及取得的成果和认识。自2009年苏20-17-15H第一口水平井实施以来,通过实施一系列科学、有效的技术措施和优选的工艺技术,确保到2012年三年间,水平井钻井速度稳步提高,钻井周期不断的缩短,由2009年底第一口水平井钻井周期129.33天,缩短至2012年最短28.29天,在2013年产能建设中苏20-8-10H水平井钻井周期缩短至26.33天。水平井钻井速度的提高,极大地加快了苏里格气田的开发进度,提高了单井采收率,实现了低效气田的最大效益开发。
This paper mainly discusses the research and practice of drilling speed-raising technology of horizontal well in Su-20, Su-25 and Su-76 blocks, as well as the achievements and knowledge gained. Since the implementation of the first horizontal well in Jiangsu 20-17-15H in 2009, a series of scientific and effective technical measures and optimized process technologies have been implemented to ensure that the horizontal well will steadily increase its drilling speed and the drilling cycle will continue during the three years to 2012 By the end of 2009 the first horizontal well drilling cycle 129.33 days, shortened to 2012 the shortest 28.29 days in 2013 capacity production in the Soviet Union 20-8-10H horizontal well drilling cycle shortened to 26.33 days. The improvement of horizontal well drilling speed has greatly accelerated the development of Sulige gas field, improved the single-well recovery rate and realized the maximum benefit development of low-efficiency gas field.
