本文自1986年开始应用美国海昌公司及博士伦公司生产的亲水性软性角膜接触镜,对300余人(400余只眼)进行了临床观察。有91例配戴者出现临床并发症,其中,角膜新生血管35例;点状角膜上皮剥脱34例;角膜上皮水肿17例;外伤性角膜炎5例。这对正确使用角膜接触镜和预防并发症具有一定的临床意义。
In this paper, we started clinical application of hydrophilic soft contact lenses made by Haichang and Bausch & Lomb Co. in 1986 to more than 300 people (more than 400 eyes). There were 91 cases of wearers clinical complications, including corneal neovascularization in 35 cases; punctate corneal epithelial exfoliation in 34 cases; corneal epithelial edema in 17 cases; traumatic keratitis in 5 cases. This is the proper use of contact lenses and prevent complications of clinical significance.
