目的:建立生乳灵中有效成分哈巴俄苷的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈为流动相A,以1%乙酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为278 nm;流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:哈巴俄苷进样量在0.012 72~0.508 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.8%。结论:该方法精密准确,稳定耐用,适用于生乳灵的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Habooglycoside in Shengkailing. Methods: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filler. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and the gradient elution was carried out with 1% acetic acid as mobile phase B. The detection wavelength was 278 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- 1. Results: The dose of harbutazone showed a good linearity in the range of 0.012 72-0.508 8 μg with an average recovery of 96.8%. Conclusion: The method is precise and accurate, stable and durable, suitable for the quality control of raw milk.
