后悔权其实是消费者知情权和选择权的延伸,但又独立于知情权和选择权。在消费者权益保护领域对合同自由及意思自治原则进行一定的限制,是为了更好地保护消费者的权益,更好地保障社会公众利益。
Regret is actually an extension of consumer’s right to know and choice, but independent of the right to know and the right to choose.
