爬坡能力是压路机作业能力的一项主要技术性能。单轮振动压路机的爬坡能力与其牵引特性直接相关,并且与压路机的重量分布及前后轮的附着力密切相联,还可能受坡道稳定性的影响。在基本结构不变的条件下,通过调节液压系统或机械传动的工作参数,可以提高压路机的爬坡能力与坡道稳定性。对由牵引力决定的和由附着力决定的压路机爬坡能力进行了计算和分析,对10 ̄22t系列的机械传动单轮振动压路机和全液压驱动的单轮振动压路机的爬坡能力进行了对比,并分析了压路机的坡道稳定性及其影响因素。
Gradeability is one of the major technical features of roller capacity. The climbing ability of a single drum vibratory roller is directly related to its traction characteristics and is closely related to the weight distribution of the roller and the adhesion of the front and rear wheels and may also be affected by the stability of the ramp. Under the condition of the same basic structure, by adjusting the working parameters of the hydraulic system or the mechanical transmission, the climbing ability of the roller and the stability of the ramp can be improved. The climbing ability of roller determined by traction and adhesion is calculated and analyzed. The climbing ability of 10 ~ 22t series mechanical driven single drum vibratory roller and full hydraulic driven single drum vibratory roller are compared. The stability of the roller and its influencing factors are also analyzed.
