财政部决定在中央部门和单位实施财政票据电子化改革试点工作,凡办理《财政票据领购(用)证》、并领用财政票据的中央国家机关、事业单位、社会团体及其他组织,均应安装运行财政部组织开发的财政票据电子化管理系统。财政部表示,各用票部门和单位要将财政票据电子化改革作为规范财政票据使用、落实“收支两条线”措施、从源头上防治腐败的重要工作来抓,切实做好改革试点的各项工作。
