随着社会的不断发展,船舶行业发展迅速,在国际贸易以及社会经济发展中发挥巨大的推动作用。在船舶企业发展中,成本管理是重要的环节,与企业生产与经营息息相关。因此,船舶企业更加关注企业成本的降低,以更好地提升企业经济收益。本文论述了船舶企业加强成本管理的价值,探讨了降低船舶企业成本的主要对策。
With the continuous development of society, the shipping industry has developed rapidly and played a huge role in promoting international trade and socio-economic development. In the development of shipbuilding enterprises, cost management is an important link and is closely related to the production and operation of enterprises. Therefore, shipping companies pay more attention to the reduction of business costs in order to better enhance their economic returns. This article discusses the value of shipbuilding enterprises in strengthening cost management and discusses the main countermeasures to reduce the cost of shipbuilding enterprises.
