一、根据中央人民政府政务院关于购棉储棉工作的指示,山东省人民政府也于六月六日发出了指示,号召开展爱国售棉储棉运动,以便使纱厂继续开工,保证军民衣着供应,及使物价继续稳定。各级政府也已布置动员进行。在贯彻开展这一运动中,除了依靠党政的领导,深入宣传动员外,各项具体工作,主要应有各级人民银行、花纱布公司、合作社负责进行。为此,中国人民银行华东区行,华东军政委员会贸易部、华东合作总社所发出联合指示,我们认为这一指示完全符合于山东具体情况的,应当保证贯彻执行。
