青岛地处山东半岛麻风多发区,青岛医学院附属皮肤科几十年来经常接诊山东沿海各地的病人,其中也有不少来自东北、西北和江苏等地的山东藉病人。近年来就诊的麻风病人大大减少,这是我国争取在近期内基本消灭麻风的好兆头。但多年的实践证明,我们不可因此而对防治麻风掉以轻心。我们在门诊上仍能见到长期、多次被误诊的麻风病人,近一年内仅严重的被误诊的组织瘤样麻风就有3例,有的就近在青岛市郊。
Qingdao is located in the leprosy-prone area of Shandong Peninsula. The dermatology department of Qingdao Medical College has frequently visited patients from all parts of Shandong Province in the past decades, and many of them from Shandong, northwest, and Jiangsu provinces borrow patients from Shandong. The number of leprosy patients visited in recent years has been greatly reduced. This is a good sign for our country to strive to basically eliminate leprosy in the near future. However, many years of practice have proved that we must not take lightly on leprosy prevention. We can still see long-term and misdiagnosed leprosy patients in clinics. In the past year, there were only 3 cases of severely misdiagnosed tissue tumor-like leprosy, some of which were in the suburbs of Qingdao.
